Job Description- Generate business leads, applications, and brand awareness.
- Initiate and support the implementation of all candidate and client marketing multichannel programs as a key member of the marketing team in The Netherlands.
- Build and maintain close collaboration with local and regional marketing teams and strong stakeholder management at local business
- Focus on engagement and reactivation of clients and candidates in the database.
- Manage and develop corporate channels for PageGroup local brands. Provide training for consultants where needed.
- Manage and coordinate content/research programs with business experts and global content and research teams.
- Maintaining and updating the website with relevant content following SEO guidelines.
- Manage and implement local and global marketing employer branding and talent programs to attract employees to our company.
- Definition of local multi-channel campaigns according to business needs.
- Adaptation of regional and global CRM and Digital campaigns according to the local business strategy.
- Monitoring and follow up of campaign KPIs and budget control.
- Lead follow up of clients and candidates with business stakeholders.
- Definition, monitoring and optimization of job boards strategy and budget in collaboration with regional digital team.
- Implementation of local guidelines on job posting and candidate monitoring in collaboration with business stakeholders in The Netherlands
- Accountability for development and maintenance of all local websites following regional and global guidelines and projects and following local business structure and priorities.
- Establish and monitor relevant targets indicators related to the marketing activities, reporting at internal level to the different relevant stakeholders.
- + 3 years of professional experience in a similar marketing/digital/CRM role
- Bachelor/University level degree with focus on marketing or similar.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience with web content (SEO, Call to actions, user experience)
- Experience with digital campaign (SEM, social media, display)
- Experience with CRM campaign (ad hoc, life cycles)
- Business and results oriented mentality with strong analytic skills.
- Loves to work as a team and manage different level of stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to work in a multi-tasking environment and paying attention to details.
- B2B and B2C Marketing experience is a plus.
- Consultancy or services industry knowledge is a plus.
