Maintenance Planner

We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance activities, manage work orders, and ensure effective collaboration between production and maintenance to maintain reliable operations.

• Convert notifications into work orders and manage the backlog.
• Align maintenance plans with production priorities and equipment availability.
• Develop and propose weekly maintenance schedules (inspections, testing, restoration).
• Coordinate maintenance scope with internal teams and contractors.
• Authorize and release prioritized work orders.
• Facilitate daily/weekly planning meetings.
• Handle emergency maintenance and support quick decision‑making.
• Communicate plans with production to ensure readiness and minimal disruption.
• Verify equipment readiness and validate completed work.
• Manage schedule adjustments and follow‑up notifications.
• Review additional costs and support proactive maintenance improvements.

• Proven experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, safety standards, and planning tools.
• Proactive approach and problem‑solving mindset.
• Relevant technical or vocational qualifications are advantageous.
