Main goal of the positionThe main goal of this role is to support the further implementation and embedding of a high performance culture, while coaching managers on culture, leadership, and behavioral excellence.
The positionThe HR Director leads the global HR function and acts as a strategic partner to the executive team and is also part of this executive team. The role has end to end responsibility across HR domains including leadership development, culture, performance, talent management, learning & development, compensation and employee relations. You will lead a small but international HR team across several regions and influence around 300 employees globally. The position requires a leader capable of challenging the status quo, strengthening organizational capability and guiding the company through cultural and structural evolution. Key priorities include embedding a new talent management framework, accelerating leadership development and cultivating a sustainable learning culture. The HR Director also is the sparring partner of the CEO. Additionally, the HR Director maintains constructive relationships with employee representative bodies and ensures compliance across all operating regions.
The profile- a Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a relatied field;
- senior HR leadership experience within international, industrial or technology-driven environments;
- a proven track record in organizational transformation and culture change;
- deep expertise in talent management, performance management and compensation & benefits;
- demonstrated success in building comprehensive Learning & Development frameworks;
- experience working with works councils and unions;
- strong cultural sensitivity and ability to operate across global stakeholder groups;
- a business savvy mindset with the ability to link people strategy to performance;
- a constructive challenger with a direct, feedback driven approach and the ability to build trust;
- resilience, pragmatism and a hands on attitude when needed;
- willingness to travel internationally when necessary; hybrid working is possible;
- already residing in The Netherlands.
There will be several interview rounds with discussion partners at Lodiers & Partners (week 11 and 12) and with our client (week 14). A personality questionnaire (Lumina) is part of this process.
