Job Description- Take full accountability for the site P&L, ensuring financial targets are met while driving operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the site management team and broader operational workforce to achieve high performance and engagement.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service levels.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and operational priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance.
- Plan and oversee operational changes, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption to service delivery.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align site operations with broader business goals.

- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning, organizational, and change management skillsFluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is highly desirable
- Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
