What is the role?
Create refined, high-quality pastry dishes
Prepare and present desserts with creativity, precision, and attention to detail, using both traditional techniques and modern equipment
Ensure the freshness, quality, and correct storage of all ingredients
Manage daily stock levels and assist with ordering to keep the pastry kitchen running smoothly
Prepare all elements of our pastry dishes from start to finish
Work closely with the team, supporting and inspiring colleagues to deliver the highest level of service
Your profile:
A true passion for pastry and fine dining
Experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury environment
Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment
Strong communication skills and a positive team spirit
Able to perform well under pressure
Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn
