Responsibilities
- Produces and prepares high-quality and creative products according to Chef Pastry standards according to various menus, both by hand and with kitchen equipment
- Checks freshness, preparation techniques and storage of used goods
- Responsible for ordering and turnover of products in the pastry shop through daily stock lists
- Prepares and produces all components of the various dishes
- Supports and motivates colleagues
