As a Warehouse Operation Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities according to established standards. You ensure a smooth flow of goods, meet agreed SLAs, and comply with all shipping and customer requirements. You serve as the key link between customer needs and operational execution within the warehouse.

On a typical workday, you'll be monitoring and optimizing processes, leading and coaching your team, and analyzing data and dashboards to identify trends and improvement opportunities. You work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, manage budgets, and ensure flawless WMS processing. You translate customer requests into concrete actions and safeguard warehouse performance through KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
• 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain
• Proven leadership experience within operational teams
• Experience with process optimization and data analysis
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership qualities
• Customer- and quality-focused
• Analytical, structured, and results-oriented
