The Manager, Environmental Strategic Marketing is a key role within Veralto’s Environmental Group. Responsibilities include conducting global market research to identify drivers and opportunities, understanding customer behavior across OTT HydroMet brands, and developing commercial strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitable growth. This role collaborates with sales, service, product management, and marketing communications teams to ensure strategy execution. This position may lead cross-functional or company-wide initiatives and is located in Loveland, Colorado or Fellbach, Germany, working on-site or hybrid with remote applicants considered.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify global growth opportunities.
Market segmentation and sizing, analyze competitors’ strategies, and develop insights into customer journeys.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership.
Strategy Development: Create and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify new applications for existing products and support annual strategic reviews.
Evaluate and develop go-to-market strategies for potential M&A targets.
Strategic Partnerships: Lead evaluations of third-party portfolios for synergy opportunities.
Validate business cases for partnerships and secure executive alignment for collaboration agreements.
5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, market research, commercial strategy, product management, or innovation; BSc/BA required, MBA preferred.
Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics), CRM systems, and market research methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Fluent in English.
Working in high-impact, matrixed organizations.
Leading significant change initiatives, including change management.

US ONLY applicants: This posting includes compensation ranges. The compensation range for this role is $126,500.00 - $181,200.00 USD per year and is eligible for Commission Pay.
