Drone Sky Story DesignerWe are seeking a talented and imaginative Drone Sky Story Designer to contribute their expertise in designing and orchestrating captivating drone light shows. As an integral member of our team, you'll collaborate with skilled professionals to bring imaginative concepts to life through drone displays that astonish and inspire audiences. Your creative flair, combined with your experience in 3D design, will shape unforgettable experiences for our audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and conceptualize innovative 3D graphics, animations, and visual narratives
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to generate concept sketches, designs, and prototypes
- Develop expressive 3D animations that convey a wide range of emotions
- Work on the creation of drone shows, from the initial concept to designing and animating show elements and scenes
- Demonstrate ownership of your work and actively contribute creative ideas to enhance our offerings and processes
- Collaborate with our creative team to expand animation capacity by recruiting and managing external resources
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in 3D asset creation using Maxon Cinema 4D
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other digital art production tools
- Ability to craft low‑poly assets and experience working with MoGraph tools

Radio / High Frequency EngineerWe are seeking a Radio / High Frequency Engineer to join our Nova Sky Stories Munich team!
As part of Nova Sky Stories, we work together with other Nova designers and colleagues around the world, sharing creativity, technical knowledge and passion for storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and improve RF systems in typical ISM bands, UWB, and radar.
- Develop and integrate radio modems and communication links.
- Work with FMCW radar and Doppler signal processing.
- Antenna selection, antenna design and antenna placement.
- Perform RF system simulations, link budget analysis, and signal integrity evaluations.
- Develop calibration, synchronization, and filtering algorithms for RF and radar systems.
- Collaborate with embedded and electronics teams to integrate RF subsystems.
- Debug and optimize RF hardware and firmware in close cooperation with cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct lab and field measurements.
- Develop robust solutions based on various modulation schemes.
- Coordinate, lead and supervise radio certification for multiple countries.
- Support system validation, flight operations, and testing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of RF system design, antenna theory, and signal propagation.
- Experience with radar systems (FMCW, Doppler, pulse) and related signal processing.

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative Creative Director to help advance an emerging medium for storytelling within the Sky Story industry.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and partners to develop innovative, inspiring story concepts, and collaborate with our world‑class Nova Design Studio to bring those ideas to life.
Our work spans a range of industries, including theme parks, music, and fine art. We are particularly interested in experience in cultural storytelling, such as tourism, heritage sites, and place‑based narratives. You will play a key role in uniting Nova’s cross‑functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to push creative and technical boundaries.
The Sky Story industry is still young and growing, and so there is no one‑size‑fits‑all approach. We are open minded to finding the right individuals who can continue to grow this industry.
