As an HR Administrator, you will deliver a proactive, employee focused, professional administration Service. You will play a vital role in the HR team by providing administrative support and assisting with various HR functions. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks related to employee records, benefits administration, and general HR operations. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll teams, employees and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
What you’ll do:- Prepare and manage employment contracts, addenda, and offer letters.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage and organize electronic personnel files and contract templates.
- Support recruitment by posting job ads and assisting with hiring administration.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, workforce data) to support decision-making.
- Partner with HR Director on audits and compliance matters.
- Handle HR correspondence and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in HR administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
- Communicative level of English (minimum B2).
