Every year, we connect more than 35,000 professionals to more than 500 clients, driven by tech-meets-touch. You play a vital role in this! You find the right partners, enter into a (long‑term) partnership with them, and explore how we can grow together, both the partner and HeadFirst. This partnership naturally also involves objectives, and you will make agreements on both process and commercial matters.
What will you do?- Portfolio management: (±40 suppliers): drawing up annual and account plans, recording commercial agreements, monitoring performance agreements and compliance.
- Stakeholder management: coordinating and leading sessions between suppliers and internal teams (account management, recruitment, marketing), including agenda, preparation, and reporting.
- Supply and demand management: identifying needs, recognizing opportunities for upselling, and translating these into concrete actions.
- Continuous improvement: identifying trends and bottlenecks and discussing them with stakeholders; we improve in a data‑driven manner, step by step.
- Visits & consultations: daily appointments in Hoofddorp or at the supplier's location; lease car or mobility allowance available.

- Vacation pay and days off: 8.33% vacation pay and 27 days off per year based on full‑time employment.
- Hybrid working: 60/40 split (three days in office, two days from home).
- Contributory pension: we pay your full pension premium.
- Performance bonus: depending on performance, an annual extra reward of one or two months' salary.
- Monthly extras: internet allowance, vitality budget, contribution for lunch, and support for home office setup.
- HBO level and at least 2 years of experience in relationship management/employment services.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Commercial and analytical; you connect interests and guarantee quality.
- Empathetic, organization-sensitive, and team‑oriented; you quickly find the right tone for each target group.
- Driver's license B.
