About the roleAquablu is scaling fast across Europe, and pipeline is missionācritical. Weāre looking for a handsāon Head of Growth Marketing to build and run our demand generation engine across direct sales and partner channels.
This is not a brand or awareness role. This is a pipeline role.
Youāll design, build, run, and optimize campaigns yourself ā in the tools, in the data, and in close collaboration with Sales and Channels. If youāre looking to set strategy and hand execution off to others, this wonāt be the right fit.
What Youāll Own:As Head of Growth Marketing, you own qualified pipeline generation end to end.
You translate revenue targets into demand programs, execute them yourself, and continuously improve performance based on data. Youāll work in a small, senior team with real ownership ā and real expectations.
Demand Generation & Pipeline- Build and run multiāchannel demand gen programs that generate qualified pipeline
- Execute ABM programs (1:Many+) end to end: targeting, activation, and measurement
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns directly in LinkedIn, Google, and marketing automation tools
- Own pipeline targets and track MQL ā SQL ā opportunity conversion by region and channel
- Test new growth channels and tactics beyond the current playbook
- Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Maintain a focused roadmap of growth bets
- Create demand gen playbooks and campaign templates for partners
- Support coāmarketing initiatives and drive pipeline through indirect markets
- Work closely with the Channel team on partner activation
- Build and maintain growth dashboards
- Review performance weekly/monthly and optimize campaigns continuously Team & Collaboration
- Lead and develop the growth team
- Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Channel
- Set clear priorities and make tradeāoffs where needed
- 6ā10 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline, not just leads
- Handsāon experience running ABM programs with clear commercial impact
- Deep platform expertise: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot (or similar) ā you execute yourself
- Experience across the full demand stack: paid, content, email, website conversion
- Strong analytical skills: dashboards, attribution, funnel metrics, and dataādriven decisionāmaking
- Experience translating revenue targets into pipeline plans
- Comfortable testing new channels and challenging existing playbooks
- Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam (hybrid)

- Experience in tech, SaaS, or hardwareāenabled B2B
- Exposure to partnerāor channelāled GTM motions
- Experience operating across multiple European markets
