Lead – SAP ME/MII (ID:3509)

As a Lead – SAP ME/MII Technical, you will:

• Lead and support SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) and SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) solutions across plant floor environments.
• Design, develop, integrate, and support SAP ME/MII applications with SAP ERP modules such as PP and SAP EWM.
• Manage integrations between SAP ME, SAP MII, SAP PCo, Kepware, and custom applications.
• Provide plant floor application support across multiple global sites, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Participate in Agile Release Train activities related to Manufacturing Execution solutions.
• Support transition activities by collaborating with solution and support teams to understand application landscapes.
• Drive incident, change, and problem management activities aligned with ITIL processes and SLA commitments.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical design documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to ensure effective and timely issue resolution.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10–12 years of experience in SAP ME and SAP MII implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in SAP ME/MII integration with SAP ERP modules, particularly Production Planning (PP) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo) and Kepware integration.
• Experience working in production support models following ITIL best practices.
• Understanding of MES solutions, manufacturing operations, and plant floor system integrations.
• Knowledge of database management and integration standards.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex manufacturing and integration issues.
• Design and develop proof of concepts (PoCs), reports, and web applications using SAP ME/MII technologies.
• Manage multiple support and enhancement activities while meeting SLA targets.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives.
• Adapt to flexible support models and multi‑site support environments.
• Document technical and functional requirements clearly and comprehensively.
