What you’ll doYou will be part of a team primarily focused on modernizing our insurance back-office, a crucial part of our clients’ operations. More specifically, you will be working on SureCore, the solution in new technology that runs in a hybrid setup alongside our legendary back-office system Level. This allows us to move and improve parts of the functionality, domain-by-domain. You thrive on bridging legacy and modern systems, and you’re always eager to experiment, learn, and share your knowledge with the team.
Who you are- You have solid experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in a software, fintech or insurance.
- You are strong in requirements engineering: Elicitation, documentation, validation, and keeping everything traceable and consistent over time.
- You communicate clearly, ask sharp questions, and know how to facilitate workshops and align diverse stakeholders around one shared picture.
- You understand how digital products are built (APIs, integrations, data, constraints) and can translate between business language and technical reality.
- You are naturally curious, structured in your thinking, and you enjoy reducing ambiguity in messy problem spaces.
- You take a proactive, get-it-done approach and don’t hesitate to jump in where needed to remove obstacles and deliver results.
- You challenge the status-quo and always try to improve both existing as well as new processes.
- You consider AI as a natural extension of yourself, using it in your day-to-day work is your second nature.
- Experience in insurance (especially non-life) or other complex, regulated domains.
- Knowledge of insurance standards like AFD.
- Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
