What will you do as a Store Manager?At The Stone, your day is varied and time flies by. You will be trained to provide our customers with excellent and personalized fashion advice. You are willing to go the extra mile to make customers feel at home. Almost daily, you will receive new merchandise to present in your store, keeping you up-to-date with the latest trends.
You have a genuine passion for the business, and your positivity is contagious. You motivate your team, create effective schedules, and ensure the store runs optimally. You are flexible, a team player, ambitious, and a real go-getter. When things don’t go as planned, you come up with practical and commercial solutions. You do everything possible to keep the store successful.
Who are we?For over 30 years, The Stone has been the leading multi-brand retailer in the Netherlands. What started in 1994 with a single store in Delft has grown into a company with more than 50 stores across the country and, since 2009, its own webshop. The Stone continues to grow rapidly both online and offline. Most of our stores are located in smaller cities and towns. Our collections include men’s and women’s fashion from over 40 top brands, including Airforce, Colourful Rebel, Refined Department, Geisha, Tramontana, Harper & Yve, PME Legend, and No Excess.
What we ask from a Store Manager:- ✓ You have leadership skills
- ✓ You think positively and solution-oriented
- ✓ You have an interest in fashion and enjoy giving styling advice
- ✓ You have sales experience, or you are a talented and ambitious individual
- ✓ You are presentable and easily make contact with people
- ✓ You enjoy working in a team
- ✓ You are available for approximately 30-38 hours per week
- ✓ You live in the vicinity of the store
- ✓ Plenty of growth opportunities and room for personal input
- ✓ A permanent contract after 18 months of good performance
