Hoogwegt is looking for an experienced Functional Application Manager in JD Edwards to join our Business Solutions team. Within Hoogwegt, IT is an enabler to the business. The Business Solutions team sits in the heart of the company, we act as a Business Partner and are responsible for Application Support services and Solutions with a Global Scope.
The Functional Application Manager works closely with our business, linking together other IT teams and external providers to deliver value. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the health of our application landscape. You steer on Master Data, linking this together with the business and the Business Intelligence team.

Responsibilities- Assess and challenge proposed solutions and requests from the business.
- Sit down with the business to understand their needs and translate these into functional requirements.
- Contribute to and/or lead the solution design with IT specialists across multiple applications such as JD Edwards, integration platform, Salesforce, DMS.
- Structural problem solving, recommend solutions and follow through to implementation.
- Support and maintain the application landscape.

- Holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Economics or similar.
- Demonstrated experience of at least three years with ERP systems, Oracle JD Edwards preferred.
