Senior MEP Commercial Manager Data Centres đź“Ť Netherlands
We are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across the Netherlands. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance of multiple mission‑critical projects.
The Role- Lead commercial management from tender through to final account
- Manage and mentor project commercial teams
- Oversee contracts, procurement, valuations, cash flow, and risk management
- Drive margin protection and commercial controls
- Support contract negotiations, dispute avoidance, and resolution
- Act as the key commercial interface with senior leadership and clients
- Proven experience in a Senior MEP Commercial Manager role
- Background with a Tier 1 construction contractor
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, risk, and dispute management
- Experience leading commercial teams across major projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data centre or mission‑critical project experience
- Chartered status (RICS / CIOB or equivalent)
