Statistical Analytics Specialist

As a Statistical Analytics Specialist, you will support data-driven decision making by automating and standardizing statistical and analytical workflows across manufacturing and technical teams. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, IT, and data teams to design practical analytics solutions and ensure their adoption.

• Develop and automate statistical analysis workflows and analytics tools.
• Build and maintain interactive analytics applications and reusable solutions.
• Support root-cause analysis, process optimization, and predictive analytics initiatives.
• Translate user needs into clear analytics solutions and designs.
• Collaborate with technical, business, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in R (experience with analytics tools or applications preferred).
• Ability to explain statistical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
