Dit is jouw rol

You are responsible for the design, performance and continuous optimisation of Spring's European multimodal network. You own all network processes. Including

customs trade & compliance

and act as the central coordination point for international network challenges.

You lead a team of six specialists and ensure that hubs, linehauls and partners operate as one integrated, high?'quality network. You monitor performance in real time, intervene when needed, and translate customer and product requirements into scalable network solutions. You support Spring countries with migrations, new hub openings and customs implementations, and you play a key role in strategic projects that shape the future of our European operations.

Jouw collega's

You report to the Director of Networks & Operations and work closely with Product Management, Developers, Operations, Linehaul, Trade & Compliance and Spring country teams across Europe, Asia and North America. Your direct team consists of six professionals: a Linehaul Manager, Transport Coordinator, Senior Routing Manager, Trade & Compliance Manager, Trade & Compliance Operations Specialist and Import/Export Coordinator. The culture is international, fast?'paced and entrepreneurial. With a strong focus on quality, customer service and continuous improvement.

Dit breng je mee

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or 5-10 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of e?'commerce logistics and supply chain management

• Deep knowledge of customs regulations (AEO, IATA, ISO and related frameworks)

• Experience in an international, commercial and operational environment

• Excellent project management skills

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills

• Ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable solutions

• Strategic mindset combined with a hands?'on, flexible attitude

• Excellent command of English; an additional language is a plus

• Cultural awareness and the ability to build bridges across teams and countries
