Wat je gaat doen As a packer at Uniekaas, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that our cheeses are perfectly packed and ready for shipment. You support your colleagues and keep your work area clean and hygienic. Teamwork, accuracy, and safety are key in this role.

Your tasks

• Pack cheese according to quality standards
• Keep your work area clean and perform quality checks
• Work together with colleagues to keep the process efficient
• Ensure a hygienic and safe working environment

Shift times (2- or 3-shift system)

• Morning: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night: 22:00 – 06:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage €16.31, increasing up to €22.83 including shift allowances
• Shift allowances: 130% (18:00 – 22:00) and 140% (22:00 – 06:00)
• 8% holiday allowance and 20 + 4 vacation days included in your flex budget
• Temporary contract via Start People with the prospect of a permanent position
• Part-time (minimum 3 days) or full-time work
• Travel reimbursement from 10 km

• Living in the Kaatsheuvel/Tilburg/Waalwijk region and able to travel independently
• Speak Dutch and/or English at a minimum B1 level
• Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
• Available at least 3 days per week

At our Kaatsheuvel location, you work in a modern and safe environment, easily accessible from Tilburg, Breda, and Waalwijk. Start People is present on-site several days a week for all your questions and support.
