In this role, you will be responsible for managing production in a sophisticated manufacturing environment. You will work closely with your fellow Team Leader to supervise and coach a team of approximately 47 employees. You will ensure efficient transfer of projects from engineering to production and monitor daily production planning.
Your responsibilities:- Build and manage a team of CNC operators and millers working in a 2-shift operation.
- Onboarding and training of new employees.
- Ensure proper transfer of projects from engineering to production.
- Realize daily production planning.
- Initiate and lead work meetings.
- Monitor workplace safety through compliance with health and safety and environmental guidelines.
- Optimize the production process with a focus on quality and delivery time.
