UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to co-create new UI/UX concepts for our Human Interaction Software application. This concept will be used as a blueprint for the front-end and back-end software development team.Does this sound like a challenge you want to take on? Great, because that’s exactly what we’re looking for!Responsibilities

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the founders, consultants, and engineers.
2. Translate complex data analytics and algorithms into a simple to understand design.
3. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
4. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate the application’s appearance & functionality.
5. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
6. Identify and solve UX problems (e.g., user understanding of complex concepts).

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Media Design or equivalent degrees.
2. Experience building web applications and in UX/UI design in terms of creating surveys and dashboards related to visualizing complex data analytics.
3. Positive attitude, desire, and eagerness to contribute to the success of the company and grow along with it.
4. Pragmatic communication skills to collaborate with a highly dynamic start-up team.
5. Ability to adapt to changes in requirements and design decisions.
