Lab Tech GMP Cleaner

Company: We are working with a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative cancer immunotherapies. Their goal is to deliver fast, sustainable long-term treatments that reduce the burden of chronic illness. The company specializes in harnessing the immune system’s cells to detect and fight diseases, aiming to recognize, eliminate, and strengthen these immune responses. They are currently expanding their talented team in Europe to support their groundbreaking work and are constructing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hoofddorp.

We are seeking a diligent GMP Cleanroom Operative to join the night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the company’s controlled environmental laboratories, crucial for ensuring compliance with strict pharmaceutical industry regulations.

• Carry out sterile cleaning activities in accordance with strict procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Stock and organize sterile and non-sterile protective clothing in multiple locker rooms.
• Accurately complete and sign all required documentation.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions as per company policies.
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Follow safety regulations and work efficiently to minimize risks.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cleanroom or cGMP environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow strict protocols and procedures, including handling biological and hazardous waste safely.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to work night shifts, overtime, and weekends if required.
• Physically capable of wearing protective gear and working in a sterile environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.
• Residing near Hoofddorp or have your own transport due to shift hours.
