Responsibilities

This is what you will do:

  • Partner with Sales & Commercial leadership to:
  • Understand business strategy, growth priorities, and operational pain points
  • Translate business needs into a clear IT demand and capability roadmap
  • Ensure alignment between Sales strategy, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture
  • Own and maintain the Sales Operations IT roadmap, aligned with enterprise priorities and budget constraints
  • Provide input into IT investment planning, budget prioritization, and value tracking
  • Own end‑to‑end requirement management for Sales Operations:
  • Shape, validate, and prioritize business requirements
  • Ensure clarity on business outcomes, scope, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Lead change management for Sales‑related IT initiatives:
  • Stakeholder alignment across Sales, IT, and Corporate functions
  • Business readiness planning (process, data, capability, and training)
  • Adoption tracking and benefit realization management
  • Project & Program Management Accountability:
  • Act as business owner and accountable sponsor for Sales Operations IT projects and initiatives
  • Ensure projects are:
    • Clearly scoped with defined objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
    • Prioritized and sequenced in line with the Sales Operations roadmap
  • Work with Project & Program Managers to:
    • Define delivery approach, milestones, and critical path
    • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
    • Prepare and support tollgate, steering committee, and portfolio reviews
  • Ensure transparent communication of status, risks, impacts, and decisions to business and IT stakeholders
  • Support go‑live readiness, post‑implementation review, and value realization
  • Coordinate with:
  • Solution Architects & Product teams (DDC or Suppliers) on solution design and roadmap alignment
  • Project & Program Managers on planning, execution, milestones, and tollgates
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital product management, business analysis, or sales operations within the automotive, e-commerce (business oriented) or financial services (core transaction) industry.
  • Strong understanding of dealer management systems, sales processes, incentive/rebate mechanisms, financial products (loan, leasing), and logistics workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages or Mandarin Chinese a plus.
