About Augmedit

We are a purpose-driven start up, utilizing AI and Augmented Reality (AR) technology to revolutionize the field of medical imaging by transforming conventional 2D scans into interactive 3D holographic visualizations. We develop software for both preoperative surgical planning and intraoperative visualization. Our CE-marked Class IIb module supports real-time placement of external ventricular drains, and our planning tools help clinicians better understand anatomy, prepare surgical approaches, and communicate with patients and trainees.

We work with hospitals, neurosurgeons, and medical educators across Europe and beyond. Operating in a regulated and fast-evolving field, we offer the opportunity to help shape impactful clinical technology from the ground up. Our team collaborates across clinical environments, time zones, and specialist disciplines to turn innovation into practical value in surgery.

The Role

We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to help ensure smooth and confident adoption of Augmedit software after initial onboarding by the sales team. As part of the Customer Engagement team, you will support surgeons and hospital staff during early clinical use, answer workflow questions, collect structured feedback, and help translate user insights into product improvements.

You will report directly to the Head of Customer Engagement and collaborate with surgeons, clinical teams, Product, Engineering, US and QA/RA to make sure customers have a positive clinical experience with both our preoperative and intraoperative solutions.

  • Participate in structured user studies, pilot evaluations and R&D activities
  • Support usability testing in clinical environments, including phantom and mock-up testing setups.
  • Support pre-release testing and clinical validation activities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, UX, and QA/RA to ensure clear feedback loops
  • Communicate feature requests without committing to timelines or solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal Customer Engagement procedures
  • Support tracking adoption metrics and user activity over time
