For our residential and professional services customers, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who can take charge. You will be the link between our customers and our Managed Services organization. Together with the Team Manager and Account Executive, you will ensure that agreements are not only fulfilled, but that expectations are exceeded.
OverviewResponsibilities- The quality and effectiveness of our services;
- Continuous coordination with customers (content and experience)
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and commercial possibilities
- Guiding transitions from bid -> build -> management
- Thinking about the future: technology, growth, and optimization
- HBO working and thinking level
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong in stakeholder management, proactive, and results-oriented
- In possession of relevant certifications
- Someone who shows ownership and likes to make a difference
