RoleThe People & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for providing generalist Human Resources support across EMEA and will collaborate on or lead global People & Culture initiatives.
Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for employment-related questions
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and manager on employee relations matters
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding and working knowledge of statutory entitlements across the region. Implement/advise/apply that knowledge to resolve any issues relating to these topics
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding and working knowledge of company benefits within the region
- Collaborate on initiatives that support a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Support the Payroll team by providing payroll input and liaising with the outsourced payroll provider as required, acting as back-up to the Global Payroll Manager when needed
- Administer employment contracts and background checking
- Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process of employees
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of employees
- Support the performance review, KPI setting and development planning process
- Coordinate local training activities
- Excellent working knowledge of local employment legislation and benefits across EMEA
- Strong recruitment skills
- Strong technical skills across HRISβ and the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent relationship building and teamworking skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
- English language fluency, Dutch is a plus
- Exposure to or experience supporting Asset Management, Investment Management, or Financial Services environments is an advantage
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources
