As a Pollination Specialist, you will perform highly precise and detailed work to support optimal plant growth and development. Your main responsibilities include:
- Performing pollination and cross-breeding activities
- Accurately sowing seeds
- Managing germination processes using digital tablets
- Harvesting plant material
- Extracting and preparing seeds
- Processing and treating seed batches
You are eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to work with different crops and tasks. Occasionally, you may support other activities or assist other teams and locations when needed.

- You have experience in pollination, plant breeding, or a similar agricultural or laboratory role
- You are able to work with focus and precision
- You are willing to occasionally work on Saturdays
- You have basic computer skills and can work with a tablet
- You speak basic English or Dutch
