About the job
You will work in the department that collects and records relevant data, which leads to improvements in order to meet customer needs. You will be primarily responsible for the physical receipt of product complaints. You will ensure that everything is recorded in SAP (warehouse system), sort the product complaints, and flag those complaints that require further investigation. Your other tasks will include assessing and reporting product complaints and forwarding product complaints to suppliers.
In short: you will evaluate complaints, sort complaints, sterilize products, report incidents to the competent authorities, request information from customer service (internal) if necessary, conducting investigations to confirm the complaint, determine its scope, and find the underlying cause, sharing the results with stakeholders, managing your own tasks, and maintaining quality standards.

What we require- HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working;
- Experience in a quality or returns department in medical equipment and/or another regulated industry;
- Experience in assessing product quality is an advantage;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- You have experience with quality processes;
- You work in a detailed manner;
- Experience with Microsoft Office;
- Experience with SAP & Oracle is an advantage.
- Good and challenging position within an internationally operating company;
- Working hours are flexible, starting between 7:00 a.m. And 9:00 a.m;
- A gross salary starting at €16.70 per hour;
