Manpower is looking for an Associate Business Office Analyst for Dow in Terneuzen.
As an Associate Business Office Analyst, you will support the Business Office and IT operations with financial, administrative, and reporting processes. The role is more finance-oriented than IT-technical, but takes place within a dynamic IT environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Collecting, validating, and processing data
- Supporting: Software asset management, License compliance reporting, Purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Preparing financial reports such as: Trend analyses, Cost allocations and basic forecasts
- Creating and adjusting management reports to support better decision-making
- Responding quickly to process changes or urgent management requests
- Collaborating with departments such as Finance, IT, Purchasing, Cost Management, and accounts payable
- Supporting the finance department with: Credit calls, Invoice verification, Resolving financial discrepancies andtTimely processing of purchase orders
- Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to process optimization
