- You will work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly and to ensure our guest experience is coordinated and feels seamless

- You will help us to improve our Guest Satisfaction Score score and arrange WOW amenities

- Your English communication skills are on point
- You have experience in using Property management Systems (Opera is a pre)

- Preferably with previous experience as a Guest Relations Team Leader or Front Office Supervisor in a hotel
