Experienced BIM Modeller
Location: Rotterdam & Eindhoven
Hours: 32 – 40 hours per week
A leading engineering and consultancy firm specialising in structural design and construction management is looking for an Experienced BIM Modeller to join their teams in Rotterdam and/or Eindhoven. The firm is known for delivering high-profile projects across new construction and renovation in sectors including residential, healthcare, commercial, education, and cultural buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Independently developing and managing structural BIM models
- Creating project-specific families and parameters
- Collaborating within various BIM workflows and coordination methods
- Working with software such as Revit, Navisworks, and IFC standards
- Has strong technical knowledge in structural engineering
- Is proficient in BIM tools and modelling standards
- Works well independently as well as part of a collaborative project team
- Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Is proactive in improving personal skills and contributing to the quality of the team
