Responsibilities- Prepare technical quotations and cost calculations for electrical and automation systems.
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
- Support Account Managers by assessing what is needed to fulfill customer requirements.
- Guide and support Sales Engineers in their daily work and technical decision-making.
- Allocate incoming work and monitor the quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Serve as the technical escalation point and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Manager Sales regarding team planning and performance.
- Completed HBO Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable discipline.
- Experience with technical sales support, cost calculations, and quotation preparation.
- Solid technical understanding of electrical systems and components (e.g. Cabling, panels, automation).
- Background in maritime, offshore, or comparable complex technical environments.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams (hardware/software).
- Exposure to functional leadership, coaching, or supporting team members.
- Able to assess complex situations, make decisions, and take responsibility.
- Salary depending on experience and knowledge.
