As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be a key player in designing, maintaining, and scaling our cloud-native platform. You’ll lead infrastructure automation, enhance observability, and enforce security standards while mentoring others and shaping our DevOps culture.

We’re AWS-native (90%), containerised (EKS/K8s/ECS), and manage everything as code. This isn’t just support work, it’s a chance to architect solutions, own systems, and drive change in a production-critical environment.

• Design and maintain high-availability infrastructure in AWS using Terraform, CloudFormation, EKS, and ECS
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and deployment automation tools
• Implement secure, reproducible environments using Docker, Helm, and hardened AMIs/images
• Lead incident response and own root cause analysis for production issues
• Enhance our observability stack (ElasticSearch, Grafana, OpenSearch) to support proactive monitoring
• Champion security and compliance patch management, IAM policies, OS hardening, audit trails
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and SREs to ensure operational excellence
• Mentor junior/mid-level DevOps engineers and contribute to internal tooling and standards
• IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bash/Python scripting
• Languages: Working knowledge of Java (nice-to-have for debugging services)

• 5+ years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or SRE
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS and container orchestration (EKS, ECS) in production environments
• Strong automation mindset (you never do the same thing twice manually)
• Proven experience securing infrastructure and enforcing operational best practices
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and network-level debugging
• You document what you build, love a clean repo, and think in Git
• You’re comfortable being on-call or leading incident retros (you own what you ship)
