Responsibilities- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, including the preparation of the annual financial statements
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain and improve financial controls, processes, and systems
- Prepare management reports and analyses to support decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Act as a key sparring partner to the CFO on financial and operational topics
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- You have 3–5 years of experience in a similar finance role, such as Financial Controller, Senior Accountant, or Audit Senior.
- You bring a solid background in accounting, controlling, or audit, and are comfortable working with month-end close and financial reporting.
- You have experience owning or overseeing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and ensuring financials are accurate and delivered on time.
- You’re confident working with Dutch GAAP (with IFRS knowledge as a strong plus).
- You’re comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of the financials and improving processes where needed.
- You have experience collaborating with operational finance colleagues (e.g. AP/AR) and providing financial clarity to the wider business.

- €4,500 - €5,000 per month ex. Holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).
- 32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
