About the roleAs a Global Sales Manager for the Healthcare market, you will drive strategic growth for Prodrive Technologies within the Healthcare. You are responsible for expanding our portfolio position by achieving new product integrations at both existing and new customers. You combine strategic, analytical, and commercial strength with a deep understanding of the medical technology & customer landscape.
You shape vision and strategy, leveraging initiatives, identifying emerging opportunities, and building long term customer relationships that enable innovation and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop customer insights by engaging with key stakeholders at major OEMs and their customers. Quantify the value of Prodrive’s USPs within customer context and use these insights to influence product development roadmaps.
- Monitor market trends and identify diagnostics and medical technology opportunities that align with Prodrive’s capabilities.
- Perform competitive analysis by tracking and reporting the competitors by identifying USPs and market positioning.
- Act as primary commercial contact during the entire proposal phase, including RFQ handling, requirement analysis, value based pricing, commercial negotiations and win new product integrations.
- Ensure alignment between customer needs and internal capabilities by collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and project teams.
