With 400 to 600 trucks passing through our location every day, we are looking for a Logistics Team Lead who can not only keep oversight, but also elevate the team to the next level.
About 80% of your time will be spent right in the middle of the operation: directing, coordinating, anticipating, adjusting. The remaining time you jump in wherever needed — not because you have to, but because your team genuinely feels that you are there for them. Spot pressure building somewhere? You’re already on it. Your responsibilities:
• Independently running a shift: distributing work, giving instructions, monitoring quality, and ensuring accurate administration;
• Supporting the Supervisor and replacing them when absent;
• Identifying process disruptions early and resolving them independently;
• Ensuring the receipt, cleaning, sorting, storage, and dispatch of load carriers according to established procedures — and preventing disruptions;
• Safeguarding safety and ensuring compliance with all procedures on the work floor.

What we are looking for:
• MBO-level working and thinking;
• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in logistics or production;
• Demonstrable experience with technical installations within automated processes;
• Good command of English, Dutch is an added bonus
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.
Employment Conditions: - Employment contract with Kuehne+Nagel
- €15,58hour gross (up to €18,46 per hour depending on experience) + calculated on base hours
• Shift allowance for working in a 3-shift system on top of your salary;
• A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract upon extension;
