As the EMEA Demand & S&OP Manager, you will play a key role in driving the strategic planning process and shaping the future of our regional supply chain. You will coordinate the S&OP process, align demand and supply planning, and lead reporting and data management initiatives that support operational excellence.
This role is highly visible and will partner closely with the Director for Supply Chain Planning to drive process improvement and manage key project management initiatives, ensuring operational excellence across the region.

Responsibilities- Coordinate and run the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the EMEA region, ensuring effective alignment between commercial demand and operational capabilities.
- Establish and mature the demand planning process, driving significant improvements in forecast accuracy and efficiency.
- Translate demand into actionable supply plans on behalf of Supply Chain, balancing customer service, cost, and inventory targets.
- Review and optimize supply chain process design based on strategic objectives, identifying gaps and proposing process improvement opportunities.
- Drive strategic planning improvements, supporting regional and global initiatives that enhance visibility, agility, and decision-making.
- Lead and improve reporting capabilities for Supply Chain EMEA, developing tools and insights to support performance tracking and optimization.
- Lead and support Supply Chain projects related to portfolio, planning, scheduling, inventory, and network optimization through effective project management skills.
- Work together with Supply Planning, Scheduling, and Procurement teams to create and publish monthly master plans for production, purchasing, and inventory.
- Coordinate Master Data activities for EMEA, overseeing two part-time team members to ensure data quality and process consistency.
- Support in case of supply chain disruptions and align actions with key stakeholders to ensure continuity and service reliability.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a production/manufacturing environment is essential for success in this role, with a strong background in S&OP, planning, or supply chain analytics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related technical field is required; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage complex planning applications and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to work confidently with large and complex data sets.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and planning tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and regions.
- Understanding of financial and operational trade-offs in supply chain decisions.
- Flexibility to work in a regional/global matrix environment and occasional international travel.
- Languages: English professional proficiency (spoken and written) is a must, Dutch is a plus.
