If you have experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector, and is skilled in optimizing production processes and driving operational excellence, this full-time, temp-to-perm role could be your next challenge. You will work with a dynamic team to meet the demands of our OEM customers.
- High School degree, college degree preferred with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant working experience in the electronic/high-tech or computer industry.
- Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection. Solid understanding of computer system assembly is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Possess basic mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to comprehend spoken and written English.
- Flexible and results-driven approach.
- Lean management knowledge is a plus.
- Leadassembly,testing,material/qualitycontrol,kitting,andpacking/unpackingoperations.
- Overseeallproductionoperations,includingmateriallogistics,productionplanning,andmanpowercontrols
- Ensurehighlyefficientproductionprocessesandmaintainqualitystandardstomeetdailydemands.
- Identifyandsuggestimprovementsforproductionefficiency.
- Trainandcoachnewworkersontheirtasks.
- MaintainanddevelopproductionobjectivesforOEMcustomersandotherproductionlineduties.
