As a electrical technician, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes by maintaining and optimizing our machinery and installations. You will work in a close-knit team of five colleagues, tackling technical challenges and improving efficiency and safety. Your expertise in mechatronics or electrical systems, combined with your problem-solving skills, will be key in addressing both mechanical and electrical issues. With a mix of day shifts, early shifts, and on-call duties, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our production running seamlessly.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines, installations, and equipment.
- Analyzing: independently diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical malfunctions, including carrying out emergency repairs.
- Optimizing: contributing to improvement projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and machine safety.
- Registering: documenting findings, time spent, and material usage in the Maintenance Management System.
- Collaborating: working closely with your team to ensure the optimal performance of our production machinery.
- Gross salary between €18,13 and €23,28 per hour, aligned with equal pay principles.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role of 40 hours per week, with occasional early and on-call shifts.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to a maximum of 90 km per day.
- Year-end bonus of 8.33% and additional allowances such as ADV compensation.

- Experience as a maintenance/electrical technician in production environments.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Siemens Step 7, TIA, WinCE preferred).
- Available for day shifts, early shifts, and on-call duty.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
