The Role: Drive Financial Discipline & Innovation
As the Business Controller for Digital & Technology, you will be the strategic financial partner to our Chief Digital Officer and the Technology Leadership Team. Your mission is to drive financial transparency and accountability across our global technology spend. This is a unique opportunity to build a brand-new financial and allocation model from the ground up to support our global technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Spend Management: Maintain a consolidated view of all technology spend across brands and regions, monitoring budgets, forecasts, and trends.
Cost Optimization: Lead the financial governance of our technology cost optimization roadmap, identifying and tracking savings in software, infrastructure, and vendor management.
Strategic Investment Support: Coordinate and challenge business cases for major technology investments, such as ERP transformations and infrastructure modernization.
Allocation Modeling: Develop and enhance cost allocation models to distribute technology services fairly across our global business units.
Governance & Controls: Oversee IT audit findings and ensure adherence to financial governance frameworks and software licensing compliance.
Who You Are
You are a seasoned financial professional who understands that technology is a key driver of business value. You thrive in decentralized, fast-moving environments and possess the communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.
Qualifications
:8+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or technology finance within a global, matrixed environment.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Familiarity with IT management concepts, such as cloud economics, CapEx/OpEx treatment, and infrastructure cost drivers.
Experience in major IT transformations or system implementations is a significant advantage.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
