As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a driven Microsoft Dynamics Associate to continue this journey with us.

THE ROLE

As MS Dynamics Associate, you will remotely be responsible for offering first-line technical support for MS Dynamics F&O and CE. This is a fully remote role based out of Poland, where you will support MS Dynamics end users.

The ideal candidate is already based in the Netherlands, has a background in providing technical assistance for MS Dynamics F&O/CE end-users, and managing Azure-based systems & services.

YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for D365 F&O / CE implementations.
• Configuring D365 F&O / CE solutions to meet business needs.
• Helping with testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of implemented solutions.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O and CE users.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement integrated solutions across various business processes.
• Staying updated with the latest D365 F&O and CE features and best practices.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O and CE core modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management Customer Engagement).
• Nice to have knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with other Azure or any cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are already based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance to our HQ in Amsterdam.
