The roleAs an intern within the residential asset management team, you will closely collaborate with dynamic asset managers who are responsible for the Dutch portfolio. During your internship, you will assist them with various tasks and ongoing activities focused on managing the diverse portfolios within the firm. This may include tasks such as coordinating renovations, helping with various permits, or optimizing the portfolio through new initiatives. You will truly be part of the team during your internship and attend meetings, workshops, and external appointments. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the dynamic and interesting world of real estate!
The profileYou are an independent, ambitious, and responsible person with great drive who is, most importantly, willing to learn! You are a team player, but at the same time, you take initiatives to solve tasks independently. You thrive on solving hands-on tasks and are careful, analytical, and structured in your way of working. You have a positive attitude and you are prepared to work within a small team where tasks and projects can vary.
Required skills, experience, and qualifications:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in Dutch and English
