Hans im Glück Franchise GmbH is a dynamic and expanding casual food restaurant company. HANS IM GLÜCK stands for a special gastronomic experience with great products of the highest quality. The focus is on burgers, high-quality drinks and a unique atmosphere. There are currently almost 100 HANS IM GLÜCK locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

We are planning to open restaurants in the Netherlands in the near future and are looking for enthusiastic restaurateurs who want to manage and support this project.

What you bring to the table:

• You have several years of experience in a management position in the hospitality industry (esp. Full-service restaurants).
• You have an in-depth understanding of the restaurant industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
• You already have experience opening new restaurants.
• You have a deep understanding of restaurant financial KPIs.
• You like to work in a structured and goal-orientated way.
• You are a natural when it comes to motivating and leading people.
• You are resilient, flexible and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.

Your key responsibilities:

• You are the link between the German head office and restaurants in the Netherlands. Therefore, you have a wide range of responsibilities but also a lot of support.
• You will help to adapt the HANS IM GLÜCK concept to the Dutch market.
• You will be responsible for the opening process of our first location in the Netherlands.
• You will put together an entirely new team to manage the restaurants in the Netherlands.
• In close cooperation with our management board, you are responsible for the organization, coordination and preparation of the work processes in the HANS IM GLÜCK restaurants in the Netherlands.
• You create and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and make data-driven financial decisions.
• You control service providers such as accounting, tax consultant, marketing agencies, lawyers and you work with authorities.
