What or who are we?

TTA International is an international project organization specialized in Learning and Development for technical industries, with a strong focus on the automotive sector. We design and deliver full training programs that enable us to educate trainers, technicians and sales professionals across the globe.

In this role, you will deliver technical training to professional trainers who in turn teach mechanics and technicians. You use your experience from the field to translate complex automotive systems into clear, hands-on training solutions which are easy to apply.

What makes this role unique is the variety. You will work with different clients, brands and technologies, often getting early access to the latest developments before they reach the market.

You will be part of the entire process, including:

• Developing training materials based on your technical background

• Delivering training to trainers in classroom, virtual and blended formats

• Coaching trainers during practical exercises and technical sessions

• Collaborating with clients and colleagues to build high-quality learning solutions

• Travelling to national and international training locations

• Sharing your knowledge with professionals who are just as passionate as you are

You are naturally supportive and enjoy helping others with their development. With your in-depth technical knowledge, patience and communication skills, you stand confidently in front of any group. You know how to explain complex systems clearly and you enjoy connecting with people.

You take initiative, work independently and enjoy being part of a learning culture where your contribution matters.

In addition:

• You have at least five years of experience as a technical trainer, instructor or senior technician with coaching or training responsibilities

• You have up-to-date knowledge of modern automotive systems and diagnostics

• You have a passion for knowledge sharing and learning

• You feel confident delivering training in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of German or French is a plus
