QC Lab Technician

As part of the QC Analytical team within Quality Control, you will support analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, and final product samples in a GMP-regulated environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, process ownership, and proficiency in aseptic techniques, directly contributing to innovative cell therapy development.

• Perform analytical testing of raw materials and final product samples
• Review, document, and report test results in compliance with GMP
• Support routine maintenance and qualification of laboratory equipment
• Ensure laboratory safety, waste management, and GMP compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing activities

• MBO/HBO degree in Analytical (Bio)Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
• 1–3 years of QC experience in biotech or pharmaceutical environments
• Experience with analytical and molecular techniques (qPCR, ddPCR, Western blot)
• Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and pharmacopoeial standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
