Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for an allround lab analyst to join our team in Raamsdonksveer (the Netherlands). In this role, you’ll carry out a wide range of chemical analyses while also taking on coordinating and team management tasks. You’ll seamlessly switch between hands-on laboratory work and supporting your colleagues as a team manager, ensuring both reliable results and smooth collaboration.

Because flexibility is key, you’ll also step in to support different laboratory areas whenever needed. This mix of responsibilities makes your work dynamic, impactful, and never the same from one day to the next.

You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team where collaboration, quality, and adaptability are at the heart of everything we do. With your versatility, you’ll directly contribute to the success and growth of our organization.

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

Required Knowledge and Work Experience

Essential

• Higher professional education level (HBO), preferably in a chemical field
• Available full-time (40 hours per week)

Required Competencies

• Demonstrable leadership skills
• You work accurately and have a keen eye for detail
• You are eager to learn, flexible, and enjoy contributing ideas.
• You thrive in a small, close-knit team
• You are proactive and take initiative

Required Languages

• Fluent Dutch
• Fluent English
