Wanted: Real Estate, Associate Partner (remote work from Germany)
We’re looking for a Real Estate Associate Partner to join our team, focusing on expanding our presence in the German market. You will be part of a dedicated Real Estate team of 9 professionals, and part of the wider SCG team of 20+, together on a mission to put sustainability at the core of capital markets.

Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced dealmaker to join our Real Estate team as an Associate Partner, with a focus on the German real estate market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively developing business across the German Real Estate market, visiting clients in person to secure new mandates
- Taking the lead on converting existing German Real Estate leads
- Leading and executing debt and equity transactions for German Real Estate deals
- Working in close cooperation with our German Associate (based in Amsterdam) and the wider SCG Real Estate team
- Expanding SCG’s network of financiers and investors in Germany
- Attending key Real Estate events and conferences (notably EXPO) to enhance business development and strengthen SCG’s market presence
- Occasional travel to Amsterdam to meet with the SCG team and join social events
Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in Real Estate capital raising, both buy-side and sell-side
- Strong track record in closing Real Estate debt and equity transactions across all asset classes
- Warm network of developers, investors and financiers in Germany
- Committed to supporting SCG’s sustainability journey
- Located in commuting distance from Berlin, Frankfurt or Munich
- Fluent in German and English
