This is a senior role where expertise and quality in both conceptualization and execution are paramount. As the Innovation Marketing Manager, you will be empowered to drive innovation and manage a significant part of Campina’s portfolio. You will be the expert representative within the Campina team for your area of responsibility.In this role, you will develop and execute prioritized categories, including:
- Develop opportunities into winning propositions (insight, concept, product, and pack portfolio) for implementation within the next 1-2 years.
- Conduct outside-in analysis to identify consumer needs and behaviors, translating these insights into potential opportunities for Campina.
- Identify business opportunities through in-depth market and financial analysis.
- Work closely with Business Group Europe to prepare a long-term innovation funnel.
- Commercially lead the delivery of these innovation projects, engaging with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure consumer-centricity from insight to market delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of launches and perfect execution across all marketing Ps.
- Monitor brand performance and develop corrective actions when needed.
- Analyze relevant market (Nielsen/GfK) and marketing information, providing consumer and market insights regarding developments and trends through periodic and ad hoc reports and analyses.
- Inspire the broader organization with outside-in and consumer-centric thinking.
