Senior Procurement Specialist

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will support procurement activities for the Oss & Heist‑op‑den‑Berg manufacturing sites. The role focuses on Indirect Procurement (Facilities, MRO, Services, Biologics support) and requires strong sourcing capabilities, supplier management skills, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead sourcing events, manage contracts, ensure procurement compliance, and drive savings and process improvements. This role suits someone analytical, proactive, and experienced in a manufacturing or GMP environment.

• Execute sourcing strategies and run RFI/RFP processes for indirect categories.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance.
• Ensure SAP data accuracy, contract compliance, and smooth transactional procurement.
• Conduct cost, supplier, and market analysis to support decision‑making.
• Monitor KPIs such as PPV, Working Capital, and category performance.
• Resolve procurement issues with stakeholders, PtP, and receiving teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and supplier management.
• Support risk mitigation and provide procurement insights to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Procurement (Indirect Procurement preferred).
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Ariba; Coupa is a plus).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Experience in a manufacturing or GMP‑regulated environment is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
