I am looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee engineering teams and ensure successful delivery of ERP and supply chain initiatives. This role acts as the bridge between architecture and engineering, participating in workshops before releases, scoping work, and driving execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead engineering teams focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP enhancements (Master Data and Purchase Order Management).
- Participate in architecture workshops and translate high-level designs into actionable delivery plans.
- Drive integration between D365 and Azure cloud services.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects before release planning.
- Ensure delivery excellence across multiple parallel projects.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, especially Supply Chain Master Data and Purchase Order Management.
- Strong understanding of Azure services and integration patterns.
- High-level architecture experience; ability to bridge architects and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with .NET (passive knowledge, no coding required).
- Tools: Jira, Confluence.
